Exhibits
City of Miami Springs
Traces the evolution of Miami Springs from Glenn Curtiss and James Bright's 1920s vision through a century of community growth — with photographs, maps, and detailed historical information.
Aviation & Airline History
A rich collection of airline memorabilia, uniforms, and artifacts from the airlines that have served Miami — including Eastern Air Lines, Pan American Airways, and beyond. Stewardess uniforms spanning decades bring the golden age of aviation to life.
Glenn Curtiss Flight Schools
Glenn Curtiss's flight schools trained some of aviation's most significant pioneers — including the first Japanese, Indian, Cuban, and Puerto Rican aviators. Among them: Agustín Parlá, the "Father of Cuban Aviation," who trained at Curtiss's Miami school in 1912. This exhibit tells the story of how Curtiss opened aviation to the world.
Pan American Airways — Dinner Key Diorama
A new exhibit featuring a detailed diorama of the historic Pan American Airways Flying Clipper Seaplane Terminal at Dinner Key, circa 1934 — one of the most evocative landmarks of Miami's aviation golden age.
Miami Battle Creek Sanitarium — Immersive Video
An immersive video room exploring the Hotel Country Club — built by Glenn Curtiss in 1926 — and its transformation into the Miami Battle Creek Sanitarium under Dr. John Harvey Kellogg — sold in 1929, opening as a sanitarium in 1931. The building at 201 Curtiss Parkway, a Miami Springs Historic Site since 1984, later became a nursing home and continues in that role today.

A beloved exhibit on the surprising 2022 visits of a flock of flamingos from the Hialeah Race Track to Miami Springs — an unexpected natural spectacle that captured the community's imagination.
